graduated from Health Choices Institute and Holistic Massage School in Belle Mead, New Jersey in 1998 and has run a private practice in the evenings and weekends since that time. As she gained more experience in massage therapy, she realized that she wanted to do more to help her clients get rid of their aches and pains. She had read some articles about the Rolfing method of Structural Integration and decided to experience the 10 session series of Structural Integration for herself. She received the work from Chuck Carpenter, a trained Rolfer and Co-Director of The School of Intergative Therapies in Holmdel, NJ. As the work progressed, Ruth noticed many positive changes, including flexibility where there had once been stiffness, a longer stride in walking and increased level of energy. These changes in her own body convinced Ruth that these were the tools she needed to help her clients regain their flexibility and ease of movement. Ruth then trained in Structural Integration under Chuck Carpenter at The School of Integrative Therapies, graduating in 2006. With Massage Therapy and Structural Integration as her tools, she looks forward to helping you live a more enjoyable and active life in a body that feels comfortable and flexible.
